Online Gift Vouchers can be ordered in any amount ranging from at £5 to £400. They are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. The recipient of an Online Gift Voucher will receive an e-mail with anOnline Gift Voucher Code redeemable only at www.clarins.com. The code is activated within 24 hours after receiving the e-mail.

To access our Online Gift Voucher page just click on the Online Gift Vouchers link on our Gifts & Sets section. Follow the step-by-step instructions and provide the information required to make your purchase.

1. An order confirmation e-mail will then be sent to you.

2. An e-mail announcing that a Online Gift Voucher has been sent by you will be sent to the person for whom you've made the purchase.

Online Gift Vouchers are valid for one year.

Online Gift Vouchers purchased on www.clarins.com can only be redeemed at www.clarins.com. To redeem your gift voucher, please follow the following steps:

1. Register or sign into your account on www.clarins.com - My Account. This is necessary in order to activate and validate yourOnline Gift Voucher and ensure its authenticity.

2. Select the item/s you wish to purchase at www.clarins.com.

3. Proceed through checkout, following the step-by-step instructions.

4. When you reach the Billing page of the checkout process, enter your Online Gift Voucher number in the where indicated and click the Apply button.

5. Your Online Gift Voucher balance will automatically be applied to your purchase.

6. Click "Submit Order" as the final step in the checkout process.

• If the amount of your Online Gift Voucher does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the balance with a valid credit card.

• For your purchase you can pay with a valid credit card plus an Online Gift Voucher and a promotional code.

• You may apply more than one gift certificate to your order, but you must apply them one at a time. If there is a balance remaining on your order, you will be able to add another voucher certificate after you click Apply.

• Online Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

• Please note that we cannot replace lost or stolen Online Gift Vouchers.

• The total value of the Online Gift Voucher will be applied against the total order amount, including VAT and shipping charges.

These conditions apply to Online Gift Vouchers that have a promotional code with a combination of letters and numbers.

1. The www.clarins.com Online Gift Vouchers must be redeemed on the www.clarins.com website and put towards the purchase of eligible products listed on our online catalogue and sold by Clarins UK.

2. Online Gift Vouchers cannot be used to pay for another Online Gift Vouchers.

3. Online Gift Vouchers have an expiration date. They are valid for one year.

4. Online Gift Vouchers have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable.

5. If the order exceeds the amount of the Online Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.

7. Clarins UK is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission Online Gift Vouchers.

8. Online Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

9. All the information you supply is strictly confidential. It will only be used by Clarins, to make a delivery or to improve our service to you. It will never be shared or sold.

10. Online Gift Voucher purchases are not eligible for free samples or gifts, and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount on the website.
